It has been a minute since our last blog update but the progress forward has not stopped. Since our last update we have had holidays, hurricanes, snow storms, visits, and planning to move forward.

2024

2024 was a unique year because we moved to the upstate of South Carolina, started a new job, and began a year of integrating and merging into our new church family. Siloam Baptist Church brought me on as Family Pastor. We have seen terrific growth at our church in our families with multiple children coming to the Lord in salvation, parents growing in their faith, and new people joining our church.

It has also been a year of the church getting to know our family and our family becoming a part of Siloam. We knew that after parting from our last church it was going to take time for us to become known to our new church and I believe that after this past year we have done that. Our goal was for Siloam to come on as our sending church and become our partner in going to Uganda and in the work we will be doing in Uganda.

2025

This year our goal is to start back on the fundraising road. We want to have 100% of our funds raised by the summer of 2026. This will involve lots of work on our part in connecting with new churches and people. We will also need you to help connect us to churches and individuals that you know have a passion for missions, a desire to see rural pastors trained, and God be glorified.

Upcoming Events

March 16-19: Mission Impact Conference at Siloam Baptist Church. Theme is: Christ in us. I will be speaking Wednesday night. If you are interested in coming let me know, I would love to connect with you.

Prayer Request

  • For our support raising efforts. Specifically that we would connect with churches and individuals who have a desire to see Christ known.
  • For our children as we will only be taking three with us and will have four left behind.
  • For our teammates Jacob and Carol (www.reachingafricasunreached.org) and Aaron and Amanda (www.abwe.org/lifeinuganda)
